We provide paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coating services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and we operate a referral network that connects drivers nationwide with independent, vetted installers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request a quote we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, vehicle year, make, and model, the services you are interested in, your timeline, and your general location. We also collect standard website analytics such as pages visited, device type, and referral source through cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to respond to your quote request, schedule and perform services, follow up on completed work, send service-related communications you have consented to, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.

Lead Sharing and Our Partner Network

Morales Autoworks connects drivers with protection services nationwide. If you are located outside our Dallas-Fort Worth service area, or if you ask us to, we may share your quote request with an independent, vetted installer in our partner network so they can contact you about your project. We only share the information needed to respond to your request, and we may receive compensation from partners for these referrals. Partner installers are independent businesses; their work, pricing, warranties, and privacy practices are their own. If you do not want your information shared with a partner, tell us at any time and we will honor it.

Calls and Text Messages (TCPA Consent)

By submitting our quote form and checking the consent box, you give Morales Autoworks your express written consent to contact you by phone, text message, and email about your quote, follow-ups to vehicle services, and auto care tips. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. If your request was shared with a partner installer with your consent, opting out with us also revokes the referral consent we passed along, and we notify any partner that received your information. We keep records of consent and opt-outs.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not sold.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote and customer records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Records of communication consent and opt-outs are retained for at least four years.
